Working through our first decade of Engineering and construction excellence
Established in 2014, CPD has grown within its few years of operation from the construction of dwelling houses, to medium rise buildings and ultimately to high rise buildings. A lot of success and milestones have been achieved by mid-2018 and several buildings in the range of Five to Eight floors have been completed within this period.
Furthermore, contracts have been signed for the commencement of buildings that ranges from Ten suspended floors to fifteen floors. In addition, capacities have been enhanced to undertake Roads, infrastructure, heavy civil and industrial projects. With a workforce of about One hundred and fifty (150) staff comprising both skilled, semi-skilled and Unskilled workers. The company has undergone a gradual and consistent growth in capacity building.
CPD has Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects and other professionals that have in their project portfolio’s experiences in Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Heavy civil works, Road and Infrastructure, Power plants, Geotechnics & Marine works, and Skyscrapers.
With the recent acquisition of Four number 50-meter Tower Cranes, 25 cubic meters per hour modern Batching plant, Concrete pump, two numbers of 7 cubic meter mixer Trucks, One unit of JCB Backhoe excavator and other supportive construction equipment. Our capacity to take up more challenging projects has been enhanced and our plan to operate as a Medium size construction company within the construction industry in the first Ten years (10 Years) of operation is on course.
Constructions of roads/bridges, rehabilitation of existing roads and other infrastructural works, other services are procurements, logistics, architectural designs, surveys etc.
