Santos is an experienced project and site manager with over 16years of experience in the construction of both residential and industrial buildings. He is a graduate of Building Technology from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos, Nigeria Santos worked with Dolphin Works Ltd an indigenous Construction Company between 2004 and 2008 as a Site Manager, where he supervised and managed several residential and commercial projects such as private residential apartment in VGC and Lekki, Prime Atlantic Training and Conference Centre (Oil & Gas), Ipara, Ogun State. BankPHB (4-Storey Office Complex), Commercial Road, Apapa, Lagos., Piling works for Ancestor Court (7-storey apartment building), Bourdilion Road, Ikoyi., Avanpcor Training and Conference Facilities (3-storey building) Oniru Estates, Victoria Island, Lagos. Santos also worked with Capital Project LTD and indigenous Real Estate and Construction Firm as a Senior Site Manager, between 2008 and 2012. He was involved in the construction of about 250nr housing units with infrastructural development of NordthStar Garden Estates, FCT, Abuja, Construction 12units semi-detached house, Sapphire Garden Estates, Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. He later worked with O’Spaces Nig.LTD between 2012 to 2014 as Assistant Project Manager, where he handled the construction of Club and Show House, Golf Estate, Lakowe Lake Resort Centre, Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki. He also managed and supervised the construction of GHI House (7-storey office complex with Basement), Oduduwa Way, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos. Santos joined Deluxe Residences Ltd Indigenous Real Estate Company in 2015, member of Cavalli Group as Head of Construction Services and later rose to the post of Project Manager, Cavalli Projects and Design. Santos Rabiu is a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building and happily married with children.
